Guitar Lessons

We teach acoustic or electric guitar, from absolute beginner level to advanced, in a range of styles including pop, folk, country, blues and rock. You’ll learn musicianship plus the music theory necessary to fully understand what you’re playing.

You’ll also learn about types of guitar, essential accessories and amplification.

You’ll need your own guitar and tuner. If you’re not sure what to get, we can offer advice and help you choose something suitable. You won’t need to buy books, as we provide free support material, such as chord diagrams and backing tracks.

We recommend that children should be at least 8 years old before starting.
